Phone and Fax Orders:
At this time, we accept online orders, unfortunately, we are not accepting phone or fax orders, however; we will be pursuing this area in future.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Paypal, and E-Checks. All electronic funds will be verified through Paypal. Upon the verification of funds and approval, the process is complete and orders will be shipped with in 1 to 5 business days of receiving them. We will send you notification via email that your items were approved and shipped out.
Sales Tax:
Our company is only required by law to charge local and state taxes for Michigan residents only and the appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled.
Handmade Baskets:
Each candle gift baskets is handmade and is assembled together when an order is placed on our website. Our candle gift baskets have many pricing point that start at $50 dollars a basket, which includes sales tax only for the state of Michigan (out of state residents will not include sales tax). Shipping and Delivery will be added at the checkout process.
Please remember that each candle gift basket is a unique creation that is designed with cellophane wrap, bow, and gift card attached to include a personal message.
Holiday Shipping:
WicksnCandlesticks does not process orders or ship on the following federal holidays due to the U.S Postal Service being closed. Orders will be processed on the next business day following the holiday.

Delivery:
In regards to delivery time, please consider the following information for arrival time:
• Credit card approval must be obtained prior to processing the order
• Overnight orders that are placed after 12 PM (noon) EST will not be processed until the following day
• Deliveries only occur on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays
• Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday
• There are holidays such as; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays and observances that drivers will not pickup or deliver packages. Please be sure to check your calendars for those dates (See Holiday Shipping).
Shipments:
Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of receiving them. If items are out of stock or if a raw materials shipment has been delayed, this may cause longer times in processing the order. In most cases, the orders would be shipped out within 7 to 14 business days. All items will be shipped UPS and will be prepaid by the consumer. Unfortunately, we do not ship or process orders to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are figured by weight and zip code by UPS.
USA Shipments:
WicksnCandlesticks ships merchandise only to locations within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
International Shipments:
We do not process international shipments outside of the United States at this time. We serve United States customers only.
Processing Order and Order Status:
Please email us at any time to check the status of your order at contact@wicksncandlesticks.com. We will send a reply email to you within 24 hours regarding the process or status of your order.
Returns:
Items may be returned with in 30 days of delivery and must be returned in the same condition it was received. This would be defined as the product is new and not used. If you want to return a gift basket, you must send an email to let us know prior to sending it back, and we will supply an authorization number for the return of the product. In most situations, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We strongly suggest to our customers to use UPS, FedEx, or DHL, so you can obtain a tracking number for your return. If you are returning an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping from WicksnCandlesticks back to the customer.
Note: Please send documentation with the return and provide your full name, telephone number, tracking number, and the reason for the return of the items. With that being stated, any unauthroized returned products could be charged a 10% restocking fee to the customer. Special Orders (large quantity orders) on gift baskets may not be returned.

Refunds:
As previously stated, if you want to refund on the purchase of the gift basket, you must send an email to let us know prior to sending it back, and we will supply an authorization number for the return of the product. Once we receive this information, we will process it, and then a refund will be applied directly to your account with in 7 to 14 business days upon arrival of product. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement as well. In most situations, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Refunds will be given for returned merchandise only if authorization was approved. Refunds will not be given for damaged or used merchandise. Special Orders (large quantity orders) on gift baskets may not be returned.
Damages:
If there has been damage to the product once the consumer has received the package, please have your UPS driver note it on the delivery packaging slip. Contact us via email to inform us of the damaged product, so we can get a replacement mailed to you. Please keep the damaged items for at least 7 business days incase an inspection needs to be conducted by UPS.
Out of Stock:
Even though we have variety of gift baskets in stock, occasionally items are placed on back orders and will be noted on the website. Once this product becomes available and in stock, we will notify with a website post and an email for the availability of the product. |
