Shipping Policy for Order Production Time:

Delivery Time:
Orders are shipped either Parcel Post, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority or UPS. Decal Product Liability:
We always suggest that you obtain permission from the reception venue or direct them to our website for a free vinyl sample kit.  There are many types of surfaces for which the vinyl decal product may be applied, and all different types of paint, wood surfaces, and other surfaces. We will not guarantee the vinyl decal product will stick to your space. We use professional materials to create our vinyl artwork is approved as safe. WicksnCandlesticks shall not be held liable in the rare event that any damage is caused during installation or removal.  This is also applied to our sister sites.

Decal Color Selection for In-Stock Color:
If there is a color that is not in stock depending on each unique order, we may be able to acquire a non-traditional vinyl color.  For each non-traditional vinyl color requested there is a non-refundable service charge fee that varies for processing.  

Decal & Apparel Revisions:
There are 6 revisions per order and any subsequent revisions, there after is a $25.00 non-refundable service charge fee and a Paypal invoice will be issued and emailed to you before processing this order.  ***Service charge fees are subject to change.

Artwork:
When we receive artwork, we are assuming you are being honest and have full rights to the artwork you provide to us.  However, out of professional courtesy though, if you have purchased artwork from an artisan, please be sure you contact the artisian who originally designed the artwork and obtain written permission to use the artwork.  

Cancellation Fee Policy:
WicksnCandlesticks reserves the right to include a non-refundable service charge cancellation fee of the greater of $5.00 or 2% of the billing invoice.

Promo Codes & Coupon Redemption:
Periodically, WicksnCandlesticks may sponsor various promotions where may redeem a coupon at check out as explained through promotional materials.  In the event, that the coupon is not entered during the check out process, the transaction is not retrospective.  Meaning that, the sale is as is without the promotional coupon.  

Address Confirmation:
Please be responsible for checking your Home Address on Your Account, Paypal Account or Credit Card Account to ensure you receive your package at the correct location.  We are NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Thank you.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
Within 7 business days of the initial order, if any of our proofs do not satisfy your desires.  We will refund all your money except for fees that may apply. Customers may elect to extend the time frame for an additional week, to refine the quality of the final product.  This request must be made prior of the issuance of the refund.  We strive to provide superior customer service.
