Shipping and Returns

Phone and Fax Orders:
At this time, we accept online orders, unfortunately, we are not accepting phone or fax orders, however; we will be pursuing this area in future.

Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Paypal, and E-Checks. All electronic funds will be verified through Paypal. Upon the verification of funds and approval, the process is complete and orders will be shipped with in 1 to 5 business days of receiving them. We will send you notification via email that your items were approved and shipped out.

Sales Tax:
Our company is only required by law to charge local and state taxes for Michigan residents only and the appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled.

Handmade Baskets:
Each candle gift baskets is handmade and is assembled together when an order is placed on our website. Our candle gift baskets have many pricing point that start at $50 dollars a basket, which includes sales tax only for the state of Michigan (out of state residents will not include sales tax). Shipping and Delivery will be added at the checkout process. Please remember that each candle gift basket is a unique creation that is designed with cellophane wrap, bow, and gift card attached to include a personal message.

Holiday Shipping:
WicksnCandlesticks does not process orders or ship on the following federal holidays due to the U.S Postal Service being closed. Orders will be processed on the next business day following the holiday. Holiday

· Martin Luther King Jrs Birthday
· Washington Birthday (Presidents Day)
· Memorial Day
· Independence Day
· Labor Day
· Columbus Day
· Veterans Day
· Thanksgiving Day
· Christmas Day (Offices will be closed the entire week after Christmas)
· New Years Day

Delivery:
In regards to delivery time, please consider the following information for arrival time:
· Credit card approval must be obtained prior to processing the order
· Overnight orders that are placed after 12 PM (noon) EST will not be processed until the following day
· Deliveries only occur on business days which are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays
· Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday
· There are holidays such as; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays and observances that drivers will not pickup or deliver packages. Please be sure to check your calendars for those dates (See Holiday Shipping).

Shipments:
Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of receiving them. If items are out of stock or if a raw materials shipment has been delayed, this may cause longer times in processing the order. In most cases, the orders would be shipped out within 7 to 14 business days. All items will be shipped UPS and will be prepaid by the consumer. Unfortunately, we do not ship or process orders to P.O. Boxes via UPS.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are figured by weight and zip code by UPS or USPS.

USA Shipments:
WicksnCandlesticks ships merchandise within the USA, Hawaii, Alaski, Puetro Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. 

International Shipments:
We now process international shipments.  If you have a question regarding shipping to your country, please email us at contact@wicksncandlesticks.com.  Please note that an extra handling fee may occur and a seperate invoice will be billed.  The amount will vary on the product you purchase, but normally it would be between $5 to $15 dollars.

Processing Order and Order Status:
Please email us at any time to check the status of your order at contact@wicksncandlesticks.com. We will send a reply email to you within 24 to 48 hours regarding the process or status of your order.

Returns and Refunds:
Some of our items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date and must be returned in the same condition they were received. If you wish to return an item, please call to let us know prior to sending the merchandise back. Unauthorized returns may result in a 20% restocking fee. In most cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For exchanges, the customer would be responsible for the cost of the shipping from WicksnCandlesticks.com back to the customer. Please include a note with the return with your full name, telephone number, and reason for returning the item. SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED those items include and are not limited to our decals, t-shirts, spa gift baskets, candle gift baskets, stickers, aisle runners, wedding invitations, and wedding favors (Birchcraft, Carlson Craft, eInvite, Jean M, and StylArt.)

Refunds will be given for returned merchandise only if authorization was approved. Original shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount. Refunds will NOT be given for damaged or used merchandise.

Damages:
If there has been damage to the product once the consumer has received the package, please have your USPS postal carrier or UPS driver note it on the delivery packaging slip. Contact us via email to inform us of the damaged product, so we can get a replacement mailed to you. Please keep the damaged items for at least 7 business days incase an inspection needs to be conducted by UPS.

Incorrect Address Charges:
If your address is incorrect or is an invalid shipping address that is provide to us from your order, UPS will charge us $11.00 fee for the address correction.  If we are unsuccessful in fighting those charges, those charges will be applied to the customer.

Out of Stock:
Even though we have variety of gift baskets in stock, occasionally items are placed on back orders and will be noted on the website. Once this product becomes available and in stock, we will notify with a website post and an email for the availability of the product.

Colors:
Please keep in mind that actual colors may not be exactly the same as shown on your computer monitor. Colors will slightly vary. If color is an extremely important factor you may send us a color swatch and then we will evaluate our colors.  From there, we will contact you and let you know the closest options. Please include a valid email address and telephone number with your swatch.
