Yes, the wall vinyl decals are removable.  The wall vinyl is callendered and it is specifically made for wall decals.  You can remove them at any time.  To remove vinyl from a wall you need to use the free chizzer we have provided you and start at the corners to remove the vinyl.  If the vinyl has been on the wall for a longer period of time, please apply heat with a hair dryer to soften up the vinyl. The same process is followed when removing our dance floor decals.  We use different vinyl for different surfaces such as floors, glass, aisle runners, windows, and more.   If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@wicksncandlesticks.com.

Yes, you may submit your own original artwork or logo. Please submit your original artwork or logo to us at contact@wicksncandlesticks.com. We accept the following file extensions: EPS, AI, PDF.  Depending on the graphic we may accept some images in PSD, JPG, GIF and BMP.

By law we cannot reproduce artwork has been published, copyright protected or trademark protected.  If you would like to use an original piece of artwork another artisan has created for you, we always need written permission from that individual.

We customize many types of vinyl for wedding and events.  Please be sure to obtain permission from the reception venue or direct them to our website for a free vinyl sample kit. 

We have a variety of in stock colors and each product on our website customers can view the in-stock colors we offer.  The colors are as follows: Black, White, Gold, Silver, Beige, Brown, Orange, Red, Dark Red, Pale Pink, Soft Pink, Dark Pink, Mauve, Violet, Lilac, Olive, Lime, Green, Yellow, Mint, Turquoise, Turquoise Blue, Light Blue, Blue, and Navy.   

We usually allow 3-4 weeks for production time, shipping, and delivery for your order.  We cannot guarantee a delivery date from UPS or USPS, so customers need to be responsible for those timelines to ensure the package is delivered before your wedding or event. 

With each order, customers will receive a chizzler to help apply and remove the vinyl decals and we also provide written wedding dance floor decal instructions for application and removal process.  Our written instructions are available on our Media, News, & Press Kit Page under 2 June 2010-Wedding Getaway Car Decal and Dancing Floor Wedding Decal Instructions.
